Bender Companies recently became occupants of their renovated office which encompassed 9,295 Gross Square Feet. The design program illustrated the need for additional current and future space.  The Owner and architect worked closely together to create a building with clean contemporary lines, mountain-rustic design elements, and modernist appeal. The design incorporates modern building materials throughout the project. 
Wood, steel and stone clad the building exterior creating a “mountain modern” style design that is industrial, yet warm.  The modern design style stands as a statement for Bender Companies’ along the adjacent busy 57th Street thoroughfare.
